The main Intellectual Outputs of CARWASH project are the following:

Impact evaluation and Quality Management Manual

The quality management system was elaborated by the partners including the impact evaluation and monitoring of the indicators. A Quality Management Manual was produced providing instructions and tools to analyse project realisation and results indicators in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation and the assessment of its impact. The main focus of quality assurance was placed on the project outputs.

Impact Evaluation and Quality Reports

Quality Reports addressed the impact evaluation and the quality of processes and IOs activities according to the guidelines as set out in Quality Management Manual. Processes, described in Quality Management Manual, are implemented, executed and evaluated according to the indicators and processes evaluation.

Methodological framework and tools for needs analysis

A common methodology for needs analysis was used across the countries. The common approach and templates guaranteed comparability and benchmarking and ensured the elaboration of a coherent overall set of conclusions and recommendations after the field work phase accomplishment.

Training needs analysis - conclusions and recommendations report

The aim of this study and report was to identify the needs regarding training, knowledge and information in the area of waste management as well as the preferred learning types, media, environment, etc.

Learner’s Guide

The Learner's Guide was a concise support document for learners on how to use and take maximum benefit of the CARWASH serious game, training support platform and learning materials.

Dissemination plan

A carefully targeted dissemination and communication strategy was followed to maximise the impact of the project. In this dissemination plan efforts were taken in order to define the different target groups towards which the activities to be addressed.

A project website was established to enable wide dissemination of the targeted groups.

In addition the following dissemination tools were elaborated by the partners: CARWASH branding and image; CARWASH leaflets; CARWASH Newsletters 4 editions; CARWASH press releases and CARWASH presentations. CARWASH events and seminars were organized by the partners.

An exploitation plan was elaborated and follow up activities planned after the project end.
